DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

You can delete your Mission Control account at any time, either from inside the app or by emailing us. Both routes do exactly the same thing.

Delete from the app

1. 1Open Mission Control and sign in.
2. 2Go to Profile → the Settings tab.
3. 3Tap Delete Account.
4. 4Confirm you understand it is permanent, enter your password, and tap Delete Account.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. There is no waiting period and no way to undo it.

Delete by email

If you cannot sign in, email privacy@astratactical.com from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your personal information: your email address, callsign, phone number, and password. You will not be able to sign back in, and your email address and callsign become available for someone else to register with.

What is kept

We retain anonymised game statistics — matches played, XP and coin history, and reward collection records — for our event and financial records. Once your account is deleted, none of that data can be linked back to you.

We keep this because it forms part of our record of what happened at each event — how many games ran, what was awarded, what was collected — and that record has to stay accurate after a player leaves.
